Schematic Design

Design Development

• Refining detail and further development of concepts including the selection of finishes and fittings,
• Furniture and/or workstation procurement, and
• Design of graphic or feature lighting concepts.

Contract Documentation

• Preparation of CAD plans, elevations, sections and details, and
• Preparation of specification and schedules.

Contract Administration

• Management of tender process including evaluation and recommendations and co-ordination of contract signing,
• Management of site queries and inspections,
• Management of financial aspects such as approval of payments and invoices and tracking of any variations,
• Management of defects liability period, and
• Co-ordination of staff training within the new facilities and preparation of post occupancy evaluations.
